It is located in a residential area, さabout 10 minutes by car from the border between Aichi and Shizuoka. The ocean, mountains, and lakes can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The property is only 7 minutes walk from a streetcar stop, which is one of the most valuable in Japan. Free parking is available on site. The small wooded yard has fir and oak trees over the 3rd floor. The sunset gradient from the deck and the 3rd floor balcony is beautiful The house has a Scandinavian interior.

Feel like a celebrity in a room where the studio couch of British ERCOL shines! This room has king size bed, it will be more comfortable so that up to 2 adults or 2 adults+3 small children can stay comfortably. It's also a fun experience to try making Japanese food using local ingredients. For shopping around Hamamatsu Station, we rent electric bicycles or bicycles that are convenient for city riding. It's nice to enjoy cycling to Lake Hamana, which is a little far away.

The nearest station is Yagyubashi Station (Atsumi Line), which is a 10-minute walk away, one stop from Toyohashi Station. It takes 20 minutes by Shinkansen to Nagoya, and an hour and a half for Tokyo and Osaka each. ・Fully equipped with cooking utensils and children's supplies. Families are welcome.
