Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

A serene lakeside scene features a wooden dock extending into clear water, with people enjoying the day. Mountains rise in the background beneath a bright blue sky, while sunbathers and umbrellas line the shore, creating a relaxed atmosphere for outdoor activities.

The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

Just 350 m away, within walking distance, is the public, free lake access (toilets, changing rooms available). Töschling train station and the bus stop are only a few meters away. Apartment (48m2 & 30m2 sleeping berth) is located on the 1st floor of the garden house Villetta next to Villa Hygiea.The sleeping berth impresses with exceptional views of Lake Wörthersee or they sleep in the living room by the new double box spring sofa. The living area is equipped with a kitchen, dining table, and LED TV. There is a bathroom with natural light. The kitchen convinces with oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. 2 people and 2 children.

A rustic wooden boathouse is situated on stilts over the water, connected by a narrow wooden dock. Lush greenery surrounds the water, with wildflowers swaying gently in the foreground. Rolling hills and trees create a serene backdrop under a partly cloudy sky.

Hier kann man sich zurückziehen, Ruhe, Kultur und Natur genießen und dennoch jederzeit in das prickelnde Leben am Wörthersee eintauchen, welcher nur ein "Katzensprung" entfernt ist. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich z.B. die Golfanlagen Moosburg-Pörtschach. Für alle, die im Urlaub gerne aktiv sind, bietet Moosburg zahlreiche Nordic Walking Strecken und Wanderwegen. Darüber hinaus gibt es jede Menge tolle Ausflugsziele, die sich bestens für eine Fahrradtour eignen.

Small but nice!

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.
