Brand penthouse with sea views in a quiet urbanization. It is ideal to relax and enjoy the holidays. The house has two bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin beds. It also has two bathrooms, one shower and one with bath - tub. The lounge is spacious and the kitchen is furnished. There is a terrace with wonderful sea views. The complex has two swimming pools and jacuzzi. (Opens from June to September, another dates there aren´t lifeguard, it is your responsibility to use) The beach access is from the development. A five minute walk to the promenade of Torrox. One can fine in this area a lot Restaurants, Supermarket, Fish house, Laundry, Bakery shop, Rent a car... It is very near Marina, Waterpark and Baviera Golf. Nerja is near; 7 km and Frigiliana 16 km. It is possible to take the bus ( Bus stop is near, 100 metres ). It has a garage. For more than 4 people ask us. Wifi (unlimited) and ethernet included. We can pick you from Málaga airport or Málaga train station. Check in: before 20:00 hours. Modern penthouse with a magnificent terrace of 60 sqm with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and Nerja. The terrace has lots of different seats and nice plants. This is the place you will spend the days. This modern 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms is fully equipped. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two separate beds. There is also a loft with a sofabed . The kitchen is open plan with the livingroom. The swinging pool just nearby the building.

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Welcome to this completely refurbished 44 m2 flat with sea views and an amazing sunset in Torrox-Costa (Malaga). The beach is just 50 metres away. You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from 13th June until 28th September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.

Renovated, it has a bright living-dining room that connects to the terrace, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen integrated into the living room, WIFI, A/C, community pool and tennis courts. On the 2nd floor, you have to climb some stairs to access it.

Apartment located on the beach itself and with direct access. Completely renovated with Nordic decor, very bright and with direct ocean views. All amenities: air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, etc. The area has a supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, beach bar with magnificent sardines and dried octopus. 300 meters away is the seafood restaurant "El Rubio", a must-go... one of the best in the area at a price that will surprise you.

The "Coqueto".

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for each guest's arrival. The change of bed linen includes the inner mattress and pillow protectors for each new guest. The closets and dressers are thoroughly cleaned. Sheets and towels are washed at high temperatures with disinfectants so that they are impeccable and have a pleasant smell for each new entry. My priority is the apartment's cleanliness and tidiness for the guest's utmost well-being.

Enjoy this peaceful beachfront accommodation, next to Torrox's promenade, with spectacular sea views. With access to private pool and gardens and very close to shops.
