Our space has 6 bedrooms (2 with air and the others with a fan), one of the suites with a hot tub (without heating). It accommodates 16 people. The outdoor area has a heated pool and waterfall, party room with pool table and Ping Pong, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen and 2 garages. It is 150 m from Itapeva Beach, 10 minutes from Torres, Ocean View and Lagoa Jardim. You can enjoy an amazing vacation in our space and relax next to the lush nature of the lagoon.

The house is 600 meters from Cal Beach and the same distance from the entrance to Guarita Park. In fact, the house is on the street that leads to the park. Lagoa do Violão is two blocks from the house, a beautiful place for a walk. Children love the lagoon because it is populated by many fish and turtles, as well as herons and various types of birds. Just stop on the bridge that crosses the lagoon for the fish and turtles to come up close.

A clear view of the outdoor area shows a well-maintained lawn with decorative plants and a stone pathway leading towards the beach. Large windows of the house reflect the blue sky and coastal scenery, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Beautiful house by the sea, to rest in the summer or winter, very comfortable, sanitized, equipped, full kitchen, air-conditioned, barbecue, laundry, indoor pool and closed with water heating up to 30 degrees, parking for up to three cars, internet with Wi-Fi, kids space, a patio house accessible for the elderly, it's 7 km away by towers. The house is less than 50 meters from the beach, to walk. Bed and bath linen are also available.
