La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. Está ubicado en el bajo del edificio. La zona es muy tranquila, con ambiente familiar, muchos negocios cerca: restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y a un paso del centro de la ciudad, paradas de metro y autobús muy próximas.
