It is on an independent second floor with a large garden with numerous free private indoor parking spaces (also covered). It consists of a spacious living room, open space kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, and 1 bathroom in addition to the large garden on the ground floor and a small terrace on the second floor.
