En la planta baja del alojamiento (41m2) encontramos la estancia formada por la zona de estar, comedor y cocina, ésta última con una disposición en península que le confiere gran amplitud y funcionalidad a todo el espacio. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y menesteres pertinentes (vitrocerámica, microondas, horno, lavavajillas, nevera, congelador, lavadora, cafetera “Nespresso”, utensilios de cocina, menaje, vajilla, cubertería, copas, etc.). Aún al mismo nivel, hallamos un dormitorio con cama doble, el vestidor hecho a medida de madera de roble y un baño. El baño es completo (incluye bidet) y una ducha efecto lluvia a ras de suelo. Toda esta planta está invadida de gran cantidad de luz natural gracias a la imponente balconada con barandilla de madera típica de los balcones de esta plaza de la ciudad, y suelo de baldosas rústicas de barro recuperadas de la antigua casa.
