Appartamento arredato compreso di lenzuola ed asciugamani con cucina all’esterno sotto la veranda.Si trova ubicato dentro un recinto dove ci sono altre 3 case distante tra loro ,ognuna con la sua area privata è veranda.Dietro le 3 abitazioni c’è un grande giardino e piazzale per posto auto , ideale per prendere il sole oppure pranzare ..è può essere utilizzato per tutte le abitazioni. Barbecue disponibile per tutti. Nell’aria circostante troverete tutto ciò che è indispensabile. Negozio di alimentari a 150m , macelleria , bar , fruttivendoli, tabaccheria e ristoranti ecc.. A pochi km da San Pietro in Bevagna , Torre Colimena. Circa 50 km da Lecce , Gallipoli e 23 km da Porto Cesareo. Ideale per coppie!!

La posizione della casa permette di raggiungere a piedi sia il fiume Chidro che il centro città, dove sono presenti locali gastronomici e supermarket . Sono incluse tutte le utenze, pulizie, acquedotto e parcheggio privato all’interno della struttura.
