Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Completa il tutto un parcheggio dove posteggiare la propria auto. Gode di una posizione centrale, dista a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia Tono, Grotticelle, Santa Maria e a 10 km da Tropea

Bathroom with shower. 2 spacious terraces, communal swimming pool (July an August open and free to use). Beach within walking distance, in front of the door! Airco, WIFI , safe, parking in front of the door.
