The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. This is a house with direct access to the sea and is ideal for families and pets.

Our Villa is close to the sea with its own private pool and great views. We love being able to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst being in easy walking distance of a beautiful sandy bay to swim in. A little way along the coast there is a fantastic beach with great tavernas at either end (2km) and the magical historical town of Methoni with its incredible Venetian fort (7km).
