It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and a living area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy mountain view in your private patio. This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

It has it`s own garden and 35m2 private patio with table, chairs, 2 deck chairs and big transparent roof for you to enjoy it even if it rains! It has an upstairs bedroom with big bed (180x200) and on the ground floor a sofa bed (140x200). The kitchen has all essentials appliances like dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle. The kitchen is modern, white high gloss. There is a modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower.

Hiša je primerna za par ali družino od 2 do 5 oseb. Ob rezervaciji vam je na voljo vsa hiša samo za vas. Posteljnina in brisače so vključene v ceno. Do Kobarida smo oddaljeni 5 minut vožnje z avtomobilom, do Bovca je 20 minut.
