Brand new apartment on the ground floor of a villa with infinity pool. Located in a very quiet area in the middle of nature and very well located for a variety of activities. This place is really ideally located between sea and mountain - 5 min to the river - 20 minutes from the beaches of Porticcio - 20 minutes from Ajaccio airport (and Tahiti beach) - 20 minutes from Lake Tolla (via-ferrata/canoe/pedal boat/paddle) - 50 min from Val d'Ese (Pozzi hike)

Small old stone house, pleasant terrace overlooking the lake. Located in the heart of the village, it has been renovated to offer all the desired comfort. Close proximity to village restaurants and groceries. Less than 10 minutes walking to the nautical center and huts. The house, about 55 m², can accommodate 5 adult/child guests (1 160 bed, 1 140 sofa bed, 1 90 bed) and also 2 babies (Safety first umbrella bed and zip & go umbrella crib).
