From the house, you can directly step onto a 20m2 covered terrace with seating, overlooking an 8-acre garden, which will make your summer evenings more pleasant with a glass of local wine. The house has another terrace with the possibility of barbecuing and sitting. On cold days, the Norwegian fireplace tiles will warm you up and conjure up a warm atmosphere. Comfortable, practical little apartment with air conditioning. In the cozy garden of the apartment, you can enjoy your morning coffee and meals. The Basilica and the city center are a few minutes' walk away. The Danube flows a hundred meters away, along which there is a bike path and a promenade leading to the city center and the bridge to Slovakia. You can walk across the bridge to the main square of Párkány for a good Slovak draft beer. Free parking in front of the apartment. It is an advantage for cyclists to be able to safely place the bicycle in the enclosed garden.
