The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colors and original artwork are combined with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-pane windows overlooking the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace, which has a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essential high-quality utensils and major appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two beds. Each of the double rooms has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm - US queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in closets and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool tub, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

The location is very special, offering stunning views of Mulhacén, Alcazaba, and the entire Sierra Nevada. There are no neighbors nearby, and the only sounds you’ll hear are from nature. There is a large terrace with a shared pool and plenty of space to sunbathe or relax. Just a 5-minute walk away is a local restaurant with excellent menus and tapas. A 15-minute walk takes you to a campsite with a supermarket, restaurant, and café open daily—perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or last-minute shopping. Also, the town center with several restaurants, shops, and services is just a 15-minute walk away.

My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, a restored 19th century family that still retains all its character as a typical Andalusian house. Cave located in the surroundings of the Sacromonte Abbey, with all amenities, in a B.I.C. environment (Asset of Cultural Interest) 15 minutes from downtown Granada, and the Albaicín, with public transport 50 meters away, and 200 from the Abbey, with parking located at the same door, public, but where there is always availability. When staying in the Cueva de David, you will be allowed to enter the cave through the Albaicín (World Heritage Site)

Located in Tocón de Quéntar, "El Pajar de Angelines", a renovated barn-house located 45 minutes from Granada and closer to Sierra Nevada. It is a perfect place for hiking and cycling as well as for relaxing and enjoying the nature that surrounds the village and that offers possibilities to adventurers and mushroom lovers. The house also has a plot of land from which to observe the landscape and a water basin in which to cool off.

La Solanilla, a dreamy Andalusian farmhouse

The house's greatest attraction is its location, with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, which is only a half-hour drive away.
