Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

Underbar stuga med uterum som har havsutsikt

Vi hyr ut vår stuga som är en riktig pärla året om. Läget är perfekt med 5-10 minuters promenad till salta bad och fina utsiktsplatser. Med bilen tar du dig på 20 minuter till Marstrand och 35 minuter till Göteborg och vi rekommenderar att man har bil. Stugan är äldre och enkel men har delvis renoverats under vintern 2025. Den ligger på en vacker naturtomt och har ett uterum med altan som har havsutsikt. Huset passar barnfamiljer, kompisar och par. Max 4 vuxna men fler om det är barn.

Flera Badställen och höga berg med fantastiska utsikter ca 100-450 m från din veranda. Ca 12 km till Lysekil centrum. Långtidshyra: Det finns möjlighet att hyra längre perioder. Lägenheten ligger vid Rönnängs brygga i ett lugnt område. Rönnäng ligger på ön Tjörn som har en vacker natur och många möjligheter till aktiviteter tex flera vandringsleder, cykelvägar, golf, fiske, bad och kajakpaddling. Skärhamn med bla Nordiska akvarellmuseet ligger ca: 8 km bort. Till Stenungsund med bra shopping är det ca: 25 km och till Göteborg med bla Liseberg är det ca: 65 km.

Jag hyr ut övervåningen i mitt hus i Bleket ute på Tjörn. Lägenheten har egen ingång, två sovrum, toalett med dusch, pentry och balkong. Tillgång till tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns. Huset ligger ca 200-300 meter från Bleket badplats, kajakuthyrning och ett surdegsbageri. Gångavstånd till ön Klädesholmen där du hittar restauranger och närmsta matbutik.

Här bor du i eget hus med fantastisk utsikt i Bovallstrand, Sotenäs i vackra Bohuslän. Huset har kök, WC och dusch, tvätt med torktumlare, tv med chromecast. Max 4 pers. Huset har altan och fin uteplats med utsikt över hav, kobbar och skär. Städning ingår ej men om du inte vill städa själv kan du beställa städning för ett tillägg på 900 kr. Ej husdjur.
