Huset med två lägenheter ligger ett kort stenkast från strand och badplats med klippor och bryggor. Detta boende avser nedre lägenheten i huset. Vandringsleden startar direkt utanför grinden och ni kan vandra upp i bergen eller mellan byarna på Orust. Fastigheten ligger i syd/sydväst läge med sol från morgon till sen kväll. Om ni vill ha lugn och ro så är detta rätt ställe för er

Vi erbjuder vårt fräscha gästhus med sovloft (ej ståhöjd). Storstuga/allrum med bäddsoffa och matplats för sex personer. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och kaklat badrum med tvätt/torkmaskin. Frukostbricka kan erbjudas. Vi har 4 st cyklar att låna. Här finns närhet till Lycke golfklubb, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta med turridning för Islandshästar. Naturreservat, bad och fiske. Skärgården runt området är perfekt för att paddla kanot och kajak. Marstrand endast 15 min med bil och 35 min till Göteborg.

Welcome to our house at a quiet getaway island 'Lilla Askerön' one hour north of Gothenburg. During 2020 the house was fully renovated to a modern standard but keeping the soul from 1962. Please note! Bedroom no 3 is situated in another small annex, appr 30 meters away from the house. No kitchen or bathroom there. There is an additional fee if you would like to use it, when you are less than 6 persons. Please note! Bedlinen and towels not included and you must clean the house before leaving.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Large glass doors open to reveal a view of the blue water and grassy area outside. The interior features bright, airy walls and a welcoming atmosphere. Light wooden flooring complements the rustic aesthetic, while a patterned rug adds a touch of comfort near the seating area.

On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.
