The location of the apartment in the beautiful Chiemgau, surrounded by mountains and the very nearby swimming lakes, but also the proximity to the cities of Salzburg, Burghausen and Tittmoning with their castles and historic old towns, means there is no time to get bored.

Welcome to Tittmoning, an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Lake Leitgeringer is 5 minutes away by car. The 66 m² new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (dead end). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that does not bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Food is provided by supermarkets, a butcher shop, several bakers, and restaurants.
