Au rez de chaussée une chambre de 21 m2 avec salle de bain et wc , donnant sur la terrasse avec jacuzzi privatif. Un garage de 20m2 donne accès à un escalier vous menant à l’étage à la pièce de vie et sa terrasse avec vue 🏔️

Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.
