It has a swimming pool and laundry room shared with the property's other three houses. This stone house with spectacular views is over a hundred years old but has been converted into a modern and functional apartment that is totally independent, within a closed plot of over 20,000 meters where you can walk. On the plot there are three other independent vacation rental houses that only share the pool and laundry, the nearest house is thirty meters away so you will enjoy total privacy.

At the foot of the natural monument Montaña de Tejina and with spectacular views of the islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro, is our traditional Canarian house of the 18th century that was a ruin and we have restored it with much love and effort. The guest house is an annex and overlooks the house and patio. In the area you will enjoy beautiful hiking trails and a 10-minute drive away, you can enjoy the beach in the beautiful village of Playa San Juan or play golf at the Abama course.

For example, Barranco de Erques, Las Goteras, Las Cascadas Chindía, Montaña de Tejina (La Fuentes). For lovers of the coast, the beaches are 8 km away. Also in the village there are two restaurants, Juan Luis and Bodegón Vargas and a large plaza with a park and sports center.
