Dear guests, I want to present you "The Blue Rock " luxurious apartment. It is situated in a new building just 50 m. from the beginning of the Main street which is both very attractive and a quiet location. From the long terrace which circles around it you can see the small "Novoselska river "and on the north you can see the beautiful mountain and "Karandila" national park. The apartment is equipped with almost everything that you will need : 3 TV sets and air condition in each room.

A charming outdoor area features a covered porch with wooden beams and flower boxes. A grassy lawn is complemented by a stone pathway and a swing set. The house displays a combination of stone and white walls, with rustic decor elements visible in the surrounding environment.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The house consists of a room with two single beds , a second room with a double bedroom , a fold out kitchen corner in the dining room which, if needed, two more people can sleep and an unfolding playpen . There is also a furnished kitchen , WC , cable TV in every unit and wifi . Outside there is a spacious sunny porch looking at the Kotel Balkan , a courtyard with swings for the kids and a car parking space. Pets are allowed .

A small living room that has a sofa that has a sofa bed that has everything you need for a family: Refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, water kettle.On the yard has a room(barbecue)which is also equipped. The kitchen is available,both the whole and per night!
