Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Spa Lodge is close to Bantham beach ,Thurlestone, & Hope Cove. The village of Bantham is less than a mile away, and has the Sloop Inn, village shop & cafe, and on the beach the Gastro bus. The Lodge itself is set in a beautiful private enclosed garden, with an outside Hot Tub & shower . The raised outside deck makes a great place for relaxing & dining, as the views extend over the countryside to the sea & Hope Cove. The location is ideal for exploring this wonderful stretch of coast.
