Es steht an toller Lage: 3 Minuten zum Park , 10 Minuten zum See, 3 Minuten zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Sportplatz mit 600m Schnitzelbahn neben dem Haus 🏡. Auf Wunsch kann für die Dauer des Aufenthalts ein Leihvelo oder SUP gemietet werden.

The dream apartment in Lipperswil is located between the pre-alpine hills and Lake Constance. With the 18-hole and 9-hole golf course as well as with the 2000 m2 wellness area we are an eldorado for passionated golfers and wellness enthusiasts as well. The wellness area with pool, fitness room, whirlpool and sauna can be used free of charge. Greenfee reduction for golfers available! For families, the location is perfect: Conny Land (leisure park) is 1km away from us.

Wir haben unser Haus aus dem Jahr 1608 liebevoll saniert. Ganz oben unter dem Dach trohnt das Studio, mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Der Garten mit Feuerstelle darf mitgenutzt werden. Auch Sportgeräte wie SUP sind inkludiert. Ein Motorboot und unsere private Sauna kann gegen eine Gebühr genutzt werden. Suchen Sie die Ruhe und Idylle des Bodensees und schätzen die vielen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten rund um den See? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig!

Das kleine hübsche Zimmer verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Badezimmer (leider keinen Balkon) Ideal um St. Gallen in ein paar Tagen zu erkunden. Gute Verkehrsanbindungen in die Stadt St. Gallen. (Ticket für den Stadtbus kostenlos) Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Ebenfalls das Fussballstadion Kybunpark ist in 5-minütiger Fussdistanz. Ich freue mich auf deinen/euren Besuch.

Schönes Einzelzimmer an zentraler Lage in Wil

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (2Min). Die Einkaufsstrasse und Altstadt sind in 5 und 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet mit originellen Möbeln alt und neu. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Alleinreisende und Geschäftsreisende. Privater Parkplatz
