The chalet is beautifully situated on a mountain slope, giving you a beautiful view over the mountains and the valley, with the village of Stadl in the distance. The living area of the chalet is 115m2, with a spacious and sunny terrace all around. In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful and cozy ski areas of Kreischberg, Katschberg and Turracher Höhe.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. Rest and relaxation at 1,250 m above sea level - with an enchanting snowy landscape in winter and wonderful natural impressions in summer. The ski and hiking area is right outside the front door.

Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
