Rated #1 favorite hike by Portlanders, this hike is one of the closest from Portland, about 5 miles in and out, medium difficulty, and a great view from the top. It is usually VERY popular so expect to see quite a few people on the trail, but despite the number of people it's still very quiet and enjoyable as large groups and/or families/children don't frequent this trail as much.

This is a nice moderate level hike with a spectacular view at the end. 4.8 miles round trip with 1,475 elevation.
