The whole waterfront around this park is one of the best things to see in the city. Basketball courts, bocci, roller rink, and a beautiful view of Manhattan.

Basketball is NYC's number one sport. If you want to play or see NYC street ball at a high level, come check this out. You won't get this level of intensity and fanfare anywhere else.

Highly recommend walking over the to the water front and exploring Brooklyn Bridge Park. There are basketball courts, running paths, soccer fields, roller skating rink and all on the river with spectacular views! Not to be missed - especially with kids.

This pier has basketball courts, handball courts, roller skating rink, kids play ground, and open field. Not to mention, a beautiful view of Lower Manhattan.
