There are 3 main attractions in Brussels: the Grand place , the Atomium, which was built for the Brussels World Fair in 1958 and the Basilica of Sacred Heart in Ganshoren. This is one of the biggest churches in the world.T he Mannekin Pis, the statue of the little boy in the centre of Brussels. If you like to visit some green spaces: At the end of Avenue Louise lies the Bois de la Cambre. It’s a landscaped, English-style park which feels much like a wood and owes its name to the nearby La Cambre Abbey. This unique piece of Brussels heritage is more than a match for New York’s iconic Central Park. go for a lunch or a drink @the Famous Sablon Square surrounded with the best chocolatier of Belgium all at the same place, go for a lunch at the very popular Au Vieux Saint Martin situated @Sablon Square with super-fresh products including the famous American fillet prepared accord- ing to the original 1920s recipe. Not far away from there you have the museum of art and the museum of Music. What could be better than exploring the Brussels neighborhoods and discovering the many facets of the capital while enjoying experiences on a human scale? There are many discoveries to be made, each one unique. Brussels is a city of contrasts. Like those of the authentic cafes of the Marolles and the trendy bars of Flagey Belga is one of my favorites on the corner of Place Flagey a typical Belgian and artistic building with a lot of history. Not forgetting the village atmosphere of Saint-Gilles and the international atmosphere of the European quarter and the underground art scene around the canal and the vast green expanses of the Heysel. Rue Haute and Rue Blaes are the most joyfull streets to visit, with a charm of antiques and several nice and cosy places to eat and to discover the joy of Brussels charm. Nevertheless you must visit place Saint Catherine whish is the perfect place for the seafood lovers and real foodies... I hope that I inspired you to visit our beloved Brussels and hope to have the honor to host you during your stay ... Greetings Sarah
