Fruits, vegetables, dairy, spring bedding plants, herbs, and fall mums. Founded in 1857, a 6th generation farm. Barber’s Farm Distillery One of the only American distilleries growing its own potatoes and using its own spring water. Member of the Schoharie County Beverage Trail.
