In the mid 2000's a man named Joe visited Peru, he was so inspired by the natural beauty and food of this country that he decided to open a Peruvian restaurant when he returned home. In the year of 2013 Joe's dream became a reality, he and his mother opened Cafe Cusco, named after the city he visited years prior. The food at this unique restaurant is delicious and very healthy. Cafe Cusco even give a gluten free option for most of their meals as well as having many vegan options.

This is our favorite restaurant in all of Springfield. The food is incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and they have many vegan and gluten free options as well if you are in need of that!
