Beautiful valley following a babbling brook owned and run by the National Trust. Large car park and cafe, miles of walks and bridle ways in the area to explore

Cardingmill Valley & the Long Mynd, part of the National Trust is a must-see when visiting Shropshire and only 30 mins from Wrens Nest. You’ll find sheep, wild ponies, incredible views across the county and you may even find some wild swimmers.

Just a twenty minute drive away are the beautiful hills for walks or a simple splash in the steam that runs through the valley.

The Long Mynd in Shropshire, England, is a part of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy one of the many walks and a picnic on the moor - keep an eye out for the grouse and wild horse! Or for the more adventurous why not try paragliding
