Bonnet House & Gardens is a must-see if you're ever in Fort Lauderdale. It's worth the track even from Miami. The home is entrusted to the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation. To read more about the history of the family and the Bonnet House estate.

Less than a 10-minute walk from where you'll be. On a 35 acre historic estate, it blends art, history, and nature and takes you back to historic Florida with plenty of beautiful gardens, rooms and grounds.
