From here you can rent kayaks and go on the Bio-Bay tours. There are numerous vendors you can choose from. They are all about the same. Price ranges from 20-40 per person for a tour. Tours start later on in the evening when the sun is down. Best if done during new moon or when it's crescent. Not good on rainy days.

Book (in advance) a Bio-Bay boat or kayak adventure during nights with no moon to be amazed at the luminescent water. Google for Info online.

One of the very few in the world. A must see! Come kayak at night with one of the local tour operators and see as the water shines at night due to microorganisms in the water.

There is a Bio Bay in Fajardo and another in Vieques. You can choose either one I love them both.
