Tex-mex with a twist or two. The tacos are great and they've got a barbecue version that combines the best of two cultures, the Southwest and rural North Carolina.

Go here for lunch. Get 2 soft tacos (chicken/steak) with whatever you want on it (I recommend not too much) then get queso and chips. When you get your meal, dip the taco in the queso and devour.
