Park under the aqueduct, walk along the middlewood way over the aqueduct or along the canal past the Adelphi and clarence Mills. Lots of eateries on high street. Great cafe in Clarence Mill. Best pubs are the Vale or the Poachers. Watch the Cricket on the rec on the weekends in summer. Or hire a canal Barge at Bollington Wharf.
