A bit rough, but great beer in an outdoor setting under the Fredrick Douglass Bridge. Atypical for DC, like a Spanish "xiringuito".

Wonderful spot in a vacant lot just across from Nats Stadium. They brew delicious beer and have a lovely outdoor setting with picnic tables right on the water.

Bare-bones but great outdoor beer garden on the waterfront next to my building. You can try a sample before you buy something. Dog-friendly with a bunch of games you can play as you while away your afternoon.
