Baijiu is an Asian inspired cocktail bar and restaurant. Trendy, dimly lit, and nice big patio in the heart of downtown (right by Rogers arena). Baijiu is located inside the historical Mercer building and you can see Neon Alley while you’re there!

At baijiu it’s all about the experience and the vibe. Enjoy a nice modern interior look while listening to some hip hop music. You definitely need to try some of their awesome baos. Especially on Tuesday when it’s bao night !! One of my boyfriend and I favorite place in town for some great craft cocktails. If you’re lucky, only on the weekends, you can put your name on the list to get into their little speak easy called “The little Hong Kong”.
