The name-brand care rentals (like hertz, budget, etc) advertise a low rental price but then they add on a very large fee for mandatory insurance. Cactus are very fair price and you won't be surprised. They charge you what you get quoted. You can also make your rental reservation online.

We’ve rented from Cactus many times. No hidden fee’s or quote one price and show up and it’s a different price. Most vehicles are very nice. Occasionally we have had to trade out one car for another due to small issues.
