Okay - you are not going to sightsee at Air Rarotonga. You are going to hopefully book yourself on a day tour to Aitutaki. It is one of the most beautiful, unspoiled places on earth. The tour leaves around 8 in the morning and is back by 5 in the afternoon. You catch a plane for a short flight to Aitutaki, a bus picks you up at the airport, drops you off at your boat, lagoon cruise begins, great food with stunning views. This is quite a costly affair, not for everyone's budget. Do take your own wine and beer ... nothing beats sitting in the lagoon sipping on good wine.....

Aitutaki Day Tour - worth every cent. Book early to avoid disappointment- don’t worry about the weather, they will give you an update on the day you go and you can change dates if you want to.
