Departure point: Cap d’Antibes – Garoupe beaches (car park) Level: Medium Distance: 5 km Duration: 2 hours Advice: Wear walking shoes. This footpath is closed on rainy or windy days. From the Garoupe car park, follow the wide coastal footpath facing the ramparts of Old Antibes: this will lead you to a cove where the land lies flatter. This path soon gives way to a paved one leading to Cap Gros, then running alongside the walls surrounding the great parks of the private properties "château de la Garoupe" and "château de la Croé": the winding and sometimes narrow route leads along the rocky headland and around some small creeks. You can walk along the coast of Cap d'Antibes starting from here. Bring swimming gear to take a dip at the beginning of the trail, before heading on. The walk takes approx 40-50 minutes. You will end up at Plage Keller, from where you can either walk back the way you came from, or join your parked car by walking on the road (10 min walk)
