Best eggs, coffee and pancakes. Best breakfast all day! Opposite is laundry room, great spot to wait for a load to wash.

Fun little breakfast joint. The C and M stand for "Chicken" and "Monkey," the nicknames of the owner/chef's two sons. Great food and coffee (they make their own almond milk) at an affordable price.

Fun eclectic menu and great local owners. We've eaten almost everything here and everything is yummmm. About a 10 minute walk.
