The benedict options alone are enough to warrant a visit, but if you're feeling extra gluttonous, try one of their OUTRAGEOUS pancake creations (snickerdoodle and birthday cake just to name a couple).

If you're looking for a laid back atmosphere with great food, Baja Cafe will fit the bill. Make sure to try the snickerdoodle pancake at breakfast. They also have many traditional dishes with a southwest twist.

This is my daughter Eli's favorite breakfast restaurant as well as our neighbor Paul's. Once again, a great local breakfast restaurant serving really tasty food and a couple of their own unique creations.
