affordable/ mid priced food with outdoor seating (or indoor) views of the lake on my visit: $14 for a chicken quesodilla (it was huge & filling for 2) and a burger for $20 beer & wine of course offered

Drink cost are on the higher end, however beautiful lake views indoor outdoor seating. Gas campfire outside.

good food, easy to find at the southern end of Seneca Lake. part of Harbor Hotel in Watkins Glen.

$$$$ fabulous food, and they have the best breakfast if you're looking for something different! Nice for a cocktail outside in sunny weather, gardens are beautiful and a great view of the lake!
