It’s time to remember Turkey is also a kebab country. Kebab refers to a great variety of meat-based dishes in Turkish cuisine. Antiochia is a big city bordering Syria and has a very rich cuisine because it has been influenced by both Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. It wouldn't be unfair to others if I say that it’s is the best Antakya cuisine in Istanbul, with its good wine and raki selections, as well as its spacious decoration.
