The Adachi Museum of Art (Yasugi-shi, Shimane prefecture), known for Yokoyama Taisyo's collection of modern Japanese paintings, will be selected as the 1st place in the 2017 Japanese garden rankings conducted by the Japanese garden specialty magazine Journal of Japan Gardening in the US It was announced. Election of 15 consecutive years since the ranking started in 2003. Adachi Museum's garden is about 165,000 square meters, trees such as red pine trees and mosses, white sands etc, which have been carefully tailored by six exclusive gardeners, together with the mountain ranges of the distant landscapes entertain the scenery every season.
