The Café Bazar is a place of history and stories. The coffee house in the center of the Mozart city of Salzburg fascinates locals and guests from all over the world with its charm. Not only the view from the café, the winter garden and the sun terrace of the old town of the city of Salzburg with the Hohensalzburg Fortress is an incomparable pleasure.

A really old, traditional coffee place where most locals go definitely is Cafe Bazar. You can habe breakfast and small bites to eat there. It's located next to the river so if you have a chance to go, try to get a table outside on the terrace. It's beautiful :-)

The closest you can get to a Vienniese Cafe in Salzburg - dont be scared, its an austrian thing of waiters to be unfriendly in tonal and facial expression, but they always keep their manners.

On top of the in-house coffee specialities and a great selection of sweet pastries, there are also well-made small savourydishes to bridge the hunger gap: homemade gnocchis, au gratin ham and pasta or salad with grilled mushrooms.
