Situated in a beautiful "Liberty-style" (Art Nouveau) building in Sempione Park, Acquario Civico is one of the oldest aquariums in the world, featuring an impressive multimedia library and a spectacular tunnel that allows visitors to pass "underwater," surrounded by countless species of fish. Admission is free, and the aquarium is completely accessible to the disabled. Tips : After visiting the aquarium, relax in the Sempione Park (the grassy area near the lake is particularly lovely). The Triennale Museum, also in the park, has a lovely cafe with an outdoor terrace. There is free Wi-Fi in the area, subject to registration (ask for details at the Aquarium). Torre Branco, located southwest of the Sempione Park (the entrance is just outside) is a great spot to enjoy views of the city. Plan to stay: 1-2 hours
