Last Saturday of every month they host an artwalk , the entire street shuts down and there are food vendors, Local art for sale, Exhibits, and live music.

C&I is the heart of FAT Village Art district. It's a quick car ride away and always has something fun going on including an awesome Art Walk the last Saturday of each month with a great selection of reasonably priced local artists. You can find anything from art to soap to jewelry and clothes. It's definitely a must-do if you're here while it's happening.

Cool coffee spot in the back, it's hard to spot, just walk in the door and to the back, you'll find a very cool hidden coffee shop!
