Our closest Food/beer/Convenience store - Good beer on tap/ growler fills and a surprisingly good burger and breakfast sandwich option. They also do trivia on Thursdays at 7.

This convenience store has morphed into a local tavern with music on weekends. Hamburgers at night, eggs Benedict in the morning. It is a local hang out for people who like to drink beer together and who grew up on the island. It is a twenty minute walk if you want to drink and not drive! There is now a brewery with a tasting room right next door.

This store was once the first school on the south end of the island. Now it hosts a quant store, brewery, restaurant. Check out their Facebook page for music events and trivia night! A hidden gem for sure!

If you want to take a leisurely drive or are in that area say to check out Possession Point then be a local and go to the convenience store for what some say is the best burger on the island. Go through the door that looks like a closet and you find local brews on tap!

Small country corner store, offers the staples. A chat with the locals for coffee in the early morning. Newspapers and movies, sandwiches, beer and wine. Very friendly young owners.
