Apart from great food, even just go for a cocktail and Snowball In Hell!

Classic Newport! Large restaurant in a hoppin area of town. Banisters Wharf is always lively, full of tourists and locals. Food is always good and they have a sushi bar that is very good. Sit outside or by the open windows and people watch while you sip your drinks!

Best warm Cesar salad on the island. Right in the heart of downtown.

It’s lovely, a staple of Newport, and never disappoints! Try the sushi in summer, or the fireplace in winter. Downstairs is the Boom-Boom Room for dancing for people of all ages. A bit upscale and requires a collar for men.

At the focal point of Bannister's Wharf is the Clarke Cooke House Restaurant, and some say it is the social and gourmet focal point of Newport itself. Here, serious diners and those in search of lighter fare or a purely social evening, gather. Great for sushi too!
