A short walk to the Rodneys Nursery Cafe, Beltana Farm, Tulips Cafe or Vibe Hotel all offering delicious local produce and five star cuisine. A taste of the country in the city. Beautifully furnished throughout including gas fireplace, Smart TV, wifi and fully appointed kitchen including Miele oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. Guests will be welcomed with cheese, biscuits, wine – red, white and sparkling, bread, milk, sweet biscuits, cereal, freshly laid eggs from our free range chickens – Maggie, Beer & Oprah and any tea your heart desires. The two way bathroom includes indulgences of MOR shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and soap. One night stays are accepted during the week but a 2 night minimum applies on Friday and Sat. An open plan cottage with a queen bed, king single and a single trundle. Cottage amenities include; all necessary linen, a well appointed kitchen and bathroom, BBQ and all the usual items such as TV, DVD, iron etc and undercover parking. Pets are welcome @$20/pet/nt payable after arrival.

The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Canberra Hospital.
