Newly refurbished premium top floor flat near the historic city centre of Hilpoltstein. It is close to parks, lakes, supermarkets, restaurants and dining. Only a short walk away from the world famous Challenge Roth triathlon. 20 minutes drive to Nuremberg. Our place is very cosy, it is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We offer a welcome pack to our guests, coffee, tea and biscuits. You will love our place.

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. 12 Kilometer von der A 9 Ausfahrt Allersberg. Zum Rothsee 12 Km. RMD Kanal 4,5 Km. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 600 Metern ( Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermärkte). Sehr schöner Marktplatz mit guten Speiselokalen 500 Meter entfernt.

The quiet, bright, 104 m² apartment is located on the outskirts of town in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. Children up to 12 stay free of charge. Pets by request. Due to increased cleaning effort per animal: small €5, large €8 to €10! Payable on site!

The massive garden cottage is an independent small accommodation [approx. 19 sqm], close to nature in our garden behind our house, with toilet and sink for up to 3 people; no shower, no kitchen! Kettle, instant coffee and assorted teas available. Baby travel cot available on request. We also rent two guest rooms in the house. There is a guest bathroom available. Hilpoltstein is a small town near the Rothsee in the Franconian Lake District.

Beautiful large apartment in an idyllic location

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

This special charme of historical walls mixed with modern elements and latest equipment will make your stay an unique experience!

A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility.
